Learn evidence-informed tools to aid in trauma recovery. These tools include the core actions of Psychological First Aid and other trauma informed responses. Participants learn to recognize signs of distress and how to offer compassionate listening and mindful presence along with simple grounding and stabilizing techniques. Importantly, how to maintain emotional balance as we respond.

Caregiver of Wonder © transformational journey of caregiving and radical Self-care. How to navigate the emotional, practical, and spiritual realities of caregiving. This includes the necessity of radical self-care. Participants learn to recognize stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue and learn evidence informed self-care practices that support resilience as well as emotional well-being, in long term transformational caregiving. Learn how to build and sustain a supportive, healing, resilient community. Participants will learn and practice the tools to build and sustain supportive groups that foster safety and mutual support to promote healing. We will explore and understand the central role of community and relationships in trauma recovery and how Trauma is healed in connection.

This experiential workshop invites participants to discover what really matters to them, and to clarify a sense of direction and meaning in life. Through guided reflection, writing, creative and physical modalities we will explore our personal values and sources of inspiration and how these can shape a purposeful life. We will address how to overcome blocks of creativity, such as perfectionism, fear, and the critical inner voice. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness motivation, and equipped with concrete practices to support ongoing creativity, self-compassion, to live a more intentional meaningful life.

Services for Organizations

This training equips your organization with the core actions of Psychological First Aid and other evidence-based skills to respond confidently when colleagues are distressed or in the aftermath of a traumatic incident. Participants learn to recognize the signs of distress and trauma and be able to offer calm compassionate support. They will learn how to maintain healthy boundaries and practical self-care tools. The focus is on building a safer, more supportive workplace culture where people feel seen and not alone in difficult moments. After the training, teams will be able to respond on site until further response from community professionals arrives.

This training focuses on creating connections and belonging across the organization. Through guided interactive activities and discussion, participants learn practical ways to build community trust and peer support to foster a culture of inclusion and psychological safety. Both leadership and staff will learn tools to strengthen relationships and collaboration, in order to sustain a healthy more productive people centered workplace.

This training is designed to boost morale and engagement with a sense of a shared purpose in the workplace. Participants examine what drives their inspiration and motivation and learn strategies to set meaningful goals. They will practice communication skills that encourage optimism and persistence, both individually, and as a team. This training helps organizations cultivate a more energized workforce that feels empowered, valued, and ready to greater productivity and success.
